1. Who we are

Answerank ("Answerank", "we", "us") is a product and trading name of Code Unfold Solutions ("the Company"). These terms govern your use of the answerank.com website and the purchase of Answerank services. By purchasing or using our services you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Answerank provides AI-visibility auditing and optimization for local service businesses. Depending on the plan purchased, this includes: an AI visibility scan across major AI assistants, a written report, implementation of technical fixes (structured data, llms.txt, robots.txt review, FAQ content, NAP consistency, Google Business Profile optimization), monthly re-scans with delta reports, and related content work as described on our pricing page. Deliverables and cadence are as described at answerank.com at the time of purchase.

3. Pricing and payment

Current pricing is displayed at answerank.com. Paid plans consist of a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly subscription. Payments are processed securely by PayPal (or another payment provider we designate). The provider's own terms also apply to your transaction, and your statement may show their descriptor.

4. Subscriptions and cancellation

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and already-billed periods are not prorated. Work delivered up to the cancellation date remains yours (see section 6).

5. Our guarantee

We guarantee measurable AI-visibility improvement within 60 days of setup completion — meaning your business appears in more tracked AI-assistant answers than it did at your baseline scan. If it does not, your third month of service is free. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Your content and access

To deliver the service you may grant us access to your website, hosting, or business profiles. We use that access only to perform the contracted work. You approve all customer- facing content before it is published. Content we create for you (schema, FAQ pages, llms.txt and similar) belongs to you once paid for. Our internal tooling, scan methodology, and report formats remain the property of the Company.

7. What we don't promise

AI assistants are third-party systems we do not control. We measure and improve the technical and content signals they rely on, and we report results transparently, but we cannot guarantee any specific ranking, mention, revenue outcome, or timeframe beyond the guarantee in section 5.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
