1. Who we are

Answerank is a product of Code Unfold Solutions. This policy explains what we collect through answerank.com and our services, and how we use it.

2. What we collect

Free scan requests: business name, city/state, website URL, email address, and trade — the details you submit in the scan form. Clients: in addition, the access credentials or invitations you choose to share for delivery (e.g. website admin, Google Business Profile manager access) and billing details, which are collected and processed by our payment provider (PayPal) — we do not store your card details. Scan data: our scans query public AI assistants and read publicly available pages of the business websites being scanned.

3. How we use it

To run your scan and email you the report; to deliver contracted services; to send service emails about your account or scan. If you request a free scan we may follow up a small number of times about your results. We do not sell your data, and we do not send bulk marketing lists to third parties.

4. Where it lives

Form submissions are stored in our infrastructure (hosted on Vercel, with lead records in a managed database). Payments and invoices are handled by our payment provider (PayPal) under its own privacy policy. We use standard service providers (hosting, email) bound by their own privacy terms.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep lead and client records while relevant to providing the service. Email lakhi.8022@gmail.com to request a copy of the data we hold about you or its deletion, and we will action it within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain it.

6. Cookies and analytics

The website is functional without tracking cookies. If analytics are added, they will be privacy-respecting and aggregate-level.
